South America Cruise

Kathy and I boarded a cruise ship in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and headed south. We visited Ushuaia and Cape Horn before heading further south to Antarctica. The ship was too large to allow us to actually step on land, but we took many pictures as we cruised along the shoreline. We then headed to Elephant Island for more pictures from the ship. It was on to the Falkland Islands and a great 4 wheel drive to Volunteer Point where we were up close and personal to many penquins. Next was Puerto Madryn, Argentina, where Kathy snorkeled and I scuba dived with sea lions in the wild. We then continued north with a stop in Montevideo, Uruguay, before returning to Buenos Aires.
